Paper: Lots and lots of paper. Listing contracts. Offers, counter offers, accepted offers. Disclosure after disclosure. Feature sheets for showings. Business cards.

Here are the practices he’s implemented, and has been using since Summer 2018 to do his part to help out:

100% Electric Vehicle. 2018 Nissan Leaf gives off Zero Emissions.

Electronic Contracts*. No wasted paper when making listing contracts, doing offers etc. As an added bonus these can all be done without you even leaving your home! Just sign on your PC or Smartphone.

Electronic Showing Sheets. Feature Sheets, Floor Plans etc will be emailed ahead of time for review, and then I will have all information loaded up on an iPad for showings. Who wants to be looking at a piece of paper when you could be looking at you next home?

100% Post Consumer Waste Business Cards. Business Cards are still a necessity in this day and age, so he’s found a compromise in using 100% Post Consumer Waste card stock.
